You actually need to step about 10 feet away from your monitor. Leaning back won’t do anything.
Yup, that means you have to get up out of your chair, unless you have an office chair with wheels and have a 10 foot clear path behind you.

Yikes, caught me on that one — yes, I am too lazy to stand back 10 feet and while my chair does have wheels a clear 10 foot path behind me is not there for sure!
