In Tempe, Arizona, we stopped in to visit our friend Norma who winters there from the cold Saskatchewan winters. All the street signs in her retirement village are movie star names. This was my favourite.

   I don’t know if I would like to live on Marilyn Monroe St. or any other movie star name street. I wonder how many people avoid buying a house on a street with a nname they don’t like.

   Your sign post is great, but I am enjoying your anti-spam. Today’s is harumph. Do you get choices in that on Wordpress? The Blogspot ones lately have been especially annoying–ambiguous letters running together, can’t tell an i from a j, and is that three v’s or is there a w in there? Mmaybe it’s just waiting for my new glasses that’s the major problem.
