Black hollyhocks look red to me
My brother in Saskatoon was complaining I hadn’t posted very many photos of the garden this year. Here’s some garden photos taken over the Canada Day long weekend just for you Bob.
Well, maybe not technically pictures of the garden, my fireplace mantle groans with the almost daily arrangements I concoct from the flowers blooming in the garden. Here’s just a few from this weekend.

Looks great, we spent the long weekend pulling weeds out of the flower beds and garden. I will send a picture of the Bachelor’s Buttons that sprung up unexpectedly. We’re not sure who actually planted the seeds, but they look great.
We are slowly getting rid of the grass in our front yard, but it looks like it might be a multi-year project.

Nice shots. They look red to me to so we must have the same color blindness I guess ey’?
Larry, if you want, I can do up a panorama of your garden mov for you if you want.
If you have a tri-pod stand for your camera snap some pictures on three different levels (top, center and bottom) all in consecutive order 360 degrees from top all the way down to bottom, so you’ll have to do 3 full 360 degree shots of the garden. Don’t worry to much about overlapping because the software I use takes care of it.
If you don’t have a tri-pod you can still do it, but it’s just easier if you have one.
You have my e-mail, just let me know.
I think that would be an amazing post on your site.

Hi Lar:
Looks great as usual. Since I am rebuilding our deck and planning to redo the backyard we haven’t done much except plant a few tomatoes.
