What fun Diane created with her clever “Dead Guy on the Sidebar” guessing game.
Every contest begins only with information whether the Dead Guy is male or female. In the comments area of the Dead Guy blog, you get to ask yes/no questions and/or guess who the current Dead Guy might be.
The prize if you guess correctly? A virtual crown and a link on Dead Guy on the Sidebar blog until the next Dead Guy is solved.
Having had the tinfoil crown bragging rights a couple of times, I crave that ubiquitous title more and more.

Competition is fierce and ruthless as commenters narrow down the year of death, the dead guy’s occupation and other pertinent info leading to the dead guy’s identity.
You have to be on your toes to snatch the dead guy crown..
Even with the occasional clue thrown in, guessing who is the current Dead Guy on the Sidebar is not an easy undertaking. But what a lot of fun in digging deep down and figuring out who the current Dead Guy is.
