I would chuck up every day

revolve building

Out of the drawing boards of a Curitiba-based builder
comes the unthinkable:
Suite Vollard, the first revolving building in the world.

The details of the building:

  • - constructed with reinforced concrete
  • - gigantic metal platforms hold each floor
  • - facade has no masonry
  • - huge vinyl-framed glass panels change shades over 90º
  • - remote control-operated engines turn each of the 11 apartments individually
  • - residents can see the landscape outside change.

That last detail was a no-brainer duh for sure!
